If you are purchasing a module, ticket, audition or enrolment on behalf of another person you consent on the behalf of that person as their agent. Purchase of a module also includes the concept of “free access” or gaining access via a “free demo”.
- For Learning For Good (LFG) to process your enrolment request we collect, hold and use your personal information. It is essential that all information provided is up to date. It is your responsibility to insure LFG is informed of any changes to this information. LFG cannot be held responsible for any action carried out based on information which is incorrect.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling as iterated in the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia. Program fees are calculated for the full program and will not be refunded if a participant cannot attend or for any partial absences. If electing to pay by instalment the full program fee must be paid even if a participant cannot attend.
- A booking fee may be applicable to this transaction.
- LFG reserves the right of admission or access to the platform.
- LFG reserves the right to photograph, record, and broadcast any content on the platform.
- Users do not have the permission of LFG or consent of featured participants to photographed, recorded or broadcast content outside of the platform.
- LFG reserves the right to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists, venue and seating arrangements. LFG is not liable to you for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expenses as a result of a LFG event, course module or program being cancelled, postponed or changed.
- To the extent permitted by the law, you release LFG (including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation to your participation in the LFG platform, how so ever caused, including due to any negligence or other act or omission of LFG.
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own property while participating in an LFG program, course module or event. This includes instruments.
- From time to time, LFG may make offers in relation to services available to subscribers. These offers are subject to change without notice. LFG is not responsible for the performance of third parties in relation to any offer or service.
- LFG may also collect and use your personal information to provide you with information about programs, activities and events which may be of interest to you or to request your support for the platform. You may opt out of receiving our communications at any time by using the opt out provided in each communication, or by contacting us on hello@learningforgood.org.au
- The LFG Privacy Policy describes how you can access your personal information or lodge a complaint about privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy here.
- LFG may choose not to enforce some or all these terms and conditions, on a case by case basis. This does not mean that LFG waives its right to enforce some or all these terms and conditions as it sees fit. If any of these terms and conditions cannot be enforced, the remaining terms will survive.
- Your agreement with LFG to these terms and conditions is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth and the state of New South Wales.
